Make More Money With Adsense – What You Should Know
What is Google Adsense?
Google Adsense is a platform that allows you to place ads on your website and earn money from them.
What can I do with Google Adsense?
You can use the platform to place advertisements in various places on your site, such as sidebars, headers, and footers. You also have the option to show these ads in real-time or after people have visited your page (a pop-up). The more visitors you get to your website through an advertisement, the more money you make! It seems like a win-win for both parties involved.
How do I get Google Adsense?
In order to get AdSense, you must first create a free account at google.com/adsense. Once you have created the account, go to the Clicks tab (see below). You can then browse through categories of ads and select various options; for example, choosing whether you’d prefer standard or small, or if you’d rather earn $0.10 per page view or a variable amount depending on how many ad impressions are served on your site versus average income from your site.
How do I add Google Adsense to my website?
Visit www.google.com/adsense. From there, select the Install AdSense code on your site. When the website asks for your website, just click “copy this code to clipboard”.
What is my account balance?
The balance in your account is a combination of the amount you profit from Adsense, as well as the amount of money you spend on enabling ads on your site. Expenditure can include things such as hosting (paid monthly), domain name purchases, and other miscellaneous charges that occur over time.
What payment methods are available?
Google accepts wire transfers and checks from most banks, as well as payments through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account in order to pay this way).
What maximum amount of money will I make?
This depends on how many ad impressions you get and how many people visit your website. The more you get (and get paid for), the more money you make.
How can I promote my Adsense website?
There are various ways to promote your Google Adsense website besides simply posting it to social media or telling friends. For example, you could advertise it on your site or other sites that you own (if their content is appropriate) in the form of an article or even a table of all the AdSense websites you have and how much money they make (easy to do with Google sheets). There are also numerous forum boards where people discuss various ways to advertise on websites and generate more money for their Adsense accounts.
1. Can I sell AdSense?
No, you can only sell google ad space using the google ad sell program. There are many other Google Marketing programs as well….
To be completely honest with you, Google has more than one program that can help you, it’s not just Adsense. Here are some links that might be useful to you
2. How much money can I make a month?
$100 per month minimum, That’s a quote from the Adsense marketing department and it’s been like that since 2004 when Adsense was launched.
3. How do I get paid?
You can get your payment via personal check or direct deposit into your bank account several times a year (once every few months). Google reports payments via online banking only (not paper statements).
4. How do I get banned for AdSense?
You are likely to get banned for bad ad placement. Google is very strict in this regard. If they deem that your ads are ‘inappropriate’, you can expect a ban of at least 5 days to 1 month and possibly permanent. There is no appeal process, but they will e-mail you if there is a problem with your account or if you’ve been banned.
5. What are the most popular Adsense websites?
Political websites, gaming websites, tech blogs, and websites with editorial content (articles, editorials).
6. What are the most popular Adsense keywords?
Keywords in very high demand are food delivery (US), sports betting (US), private jets for sale by owner (US), loans online bad credit instant approval (US).
7. Can I display local Adsense ads on my website?
Yes. You must have a Google My Business account set up and verified to display Adsense for local businesses (not other websites). https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6097412?hl=en
8. Can I optimize my Adsense ads for mobile?
Not directly, but there are specific guidelines regarding mobile-friendly websites.
9. Is it ok to put Adsense ads on my music videos?
No, you may not. Whether paid to place ads or not, Google does not allow you to display any advertising on music videos.
10. Can I link my Adsense website to my personal social media pages?
Yes, you can show off your websites using LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and any other social media platform you wish. Just make sure that the profile image and cover image are approved by Google and that the links are at least no-follow (no trackback) if possible.
11. Can I have ads on my website that do not belong to Google?
No, if you want to use Adsense you must accept the Adsense terms and conditions. If you don’t like it, you should look for other advertising networks.
12. Can I link my Adsense account to multiple websites?
Yes, but each website must be unique (you may not advertise a single product across multiple websites). However, related websites may share a common feed (as long as it complies with the guidelines).

Hi Ron,
Nice site. I really found it informative and simple to understand. I really seems like a way to go to further market your site.
I especially like the answers you provided for all the common questions that people like myself had.

Hi Ron Johnson,
Thank you so much for sharing knowledge and information about Google Adsense. Your article is very useful and easy to understand. The FAQ can answer all my questions. Maybe can you share more about pro and cons about Google Adsense? As you mentioned in the article is Win Win Situation.
Hi Evelyn,
Thank you for the kind words. I’m glad you found it useful.
For anyone who has their own website Adsense is a very easy way to earn some cash
The reason is that all people have to do is click on the ad and you make money. They do not have to purchase anything. You literally get paid for the click.
Now the only downfall is that you need a lot of people coming to your website to make a decent amount of money. This takes time. I’m actually putting together an email course showing people how to do this.
It’s a win-win because the people advertising are getting targeted traffic to their offers and we get paid also.
Just remember it takes time.
I hope this helped with your question.
Take care,
Ron
Hi, Ron!
As a newbie at WA, I wonder if Adsense would be a choice as an extra possibility of improving my income… why did you really choose to use it? It looks a little restricted, don’t you agree? Nevertheless, I may try it because the way you put things is so clear, thorough and enlightening that I think it’s worth giving a go.
Thanks for sharing and keep safe!
Hi Antonio,
To answer your first question, I decided to use AdSense as it is an easy way to earn money. You don’t actually have to sell anything. All a user needs to do is to click on the ad and you get paid.
As far as it being restricted, it is a little bit. You don’t choose what ads are put 0n your site but google does a great job with showing ads that are targeted towards your site. So you are still getting targeted ads that your users should have some interest in.
Thanks for showing interest in this post. I hope you found it useful.
Take care.
Ron
This is a great article about a great product! I use Adsense on my website and it’s easy! You may be using a different program than I do but I don’t have to place the ads anywhere. I just attached it to my website and the ads just show up. It’s cool to make money when I don’t have to do anything to earn it!
Hi Cynthia,
It really is an easy way to earn extra money. And it is great that Google will do all the heavy lifting for you.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Thank you for this great way to monetize your website. I love two things here. The way you identified the need to promote your website to give it more exposure and the way you broke down how to recognize your profit. A lot of marketers fail here, they do not count cost like hosting, content creation cost and the likes. They assume all income as profit
Hi Parameter,
Thanks for sharing your comments. You are very right. People must add in all costs involved with running a website and making money with it. Adsense is free. The only cost is time.
Thanks again.
